CIPD HR and L&D Foundation Level Qualifications

Aimed at those:

  • Aspiring to, or embarking on, a career in HR/L&D
  • Already in HR/L&D and want to develop their knowledge and skills
  • Who have line management responsibility for key aspects of HR/L&D
  • Wanting to progress within their role of HR/L&D
  • Who are External HR/L&D practitioners

Successful completion can lead to CIPD Associate Professional Membership.

Course Duration:

HR or L&D Certificate (28 Credits) are run as 20 1-day workshops over 1 year.

Course Content:

HR - 3 Core Units & 3 Optional Units
L&D - 3 Core Units & 5 Optional Units

HR or L&D Diploma requires the above Units plus additional units (37 Credits):

HR - 3 Additional Units
L&D - 2 Additional Units
