Master Classes
A series of 1 or 2 day workshops with the aim to familiarise senior line managers with the skills and knowledge to ensure business benefits, provide supervision, and create opportunities for coaches to maximise their coaching effectiveness. The return on investment aims to raise the standards on performance, engage all managers in the coaching process and improve productivity.
One to One Coaching
Aimed at senior executives, leaders, managers or specialists. The coaching is normally done over a 4 – 6 month period and helps individuals reflect on, plan for and develop their own goals and achievements to:
- Improve performance
- Develop individual capability
- Support career development
- Build effective working relationships

Coaching Support
Supervision comes from the counseling and therapeutic background, but offers coaches the chance to stand back and reflect on their coaching abilities and their relationship with their client. It ensures organisations adopt best practice and objectivity and supports the coaches' professional development. We ensure all our coaching associates undertake continued professional development including an annual supervisory meeting. We practice what we preach!
We provide all our coachees with one to one support either face to face, phone or email.
