CIPD Foundation Level Qualifications with People face2face

We offer Foundation Level 3 Award and Certificate and Diploma courses in Human Resources (HR) and Learning and Development (L&D) accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). The benefits of studying for the CIPD qualifications with us are that it provides a means to develop skills, knowledge and professional behaviours which are applicable in your workplace whilst also providing progression routes to higher level qualifications. Each of our team are qualified and experienced HR and L&D professionals with a background in commerce and academia. They hold professional memberships with Leading Bodies and have expertise across a range of industries. We are all actively involved in the profession and use this in industry today, so you get the latest and the best.

Coaching with People face2face

We offer Level 3 Award and Certificate and Level 5 Certificate courses in Coaching and Mentoring for Line Managers, which are accredited by The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). The benefits of studying for the ILM qualifications with us are that it provides a means to develop skills, knowledge and professional behaviours which are applicable in your workplace whilst also providing progression routes to higher level qualifications. Each of our team are qualified and experienced coaches and members of local and international coaching bodies.

We also offer Master Classes for senior managers and one to one coaching for leaders, managers and specialists.

Organisation Readiness

Research (CIPD Research Insight 2008) shows that simply providing coaching training whether bespoke or leading to a full qualification will not be successful unless fully supported back in the work place. Our own experience tells us that engaging senior managers at the outset to provide support and opportunities is the key to developing an environment in which coaching is used to drive new levels of performance. We also believe there is a need to engage the people that make things happen day to day - the line management population. If we can engage across these levels we believe this will maximize the organizational value of coaching and get you the results you want faster.
