Keystone Programme

Keystone Development ProgrammeRecognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management, The Keystone™ Development Programme is a series of five, one-day modules designed to improve the confidence and competence of your support staff. Completion of the programme provides delegates with a certificate and one years studying membership of the ILM.

Benefits for the business as stated in feedback from our clients in the Private and Public sector, testify that individuals make sustained changes to their own attitudes and behaviour, and that work is a better place because of it.

The 5 modules are:

  1. Realising Potential
  2. Communicating and Prioritising
  3. Being an Effective Team Member
  4. Handling Difficult Situations
  5. Handling Change or Customer Focus (dependant on Business needs)

Each workshop is practically based, allowing individuals to experience work related situations through a variety of exercises to aid learning. There is input on basic subject theory and introductions to practical models, but these are intended to develop understanding. The main emphasis is geared towards self awareness leading to improvement.

New for 2010 - Apprenticeship Training

We have successfully tailored the programme to develop Engineering Apprentices helping them to make the successful transition from education to work.

"First off I would just like to say thanks for the help in the course, one my main aims when I started the course was to get back to how I had been before and not let the people and the little things get to me and it has worked for sure. Even colleagues have commented on how much more I am not rising to the bait set by others. This in turn is helping me focus on what needs to be done at work, so thanks for that. Also the first day has helped as I really did have all my sights set of the "dealing with difficult situations" and never thought about "realising your potential". As it turns out the first course really did help sort my head out and realise that I want to work hard in the job that im in to progress."

Kindest Regards
