ILM Endorsed Programmes

Dignity at Work

With an ever increasing need to retain the best people for competitive advantage, treating individuals with dignity and respect is one of the most important ways to make them feel valued. Organisations need to manage the risk in this difficult area and we have joined forces with an expert in this field; Sam Kitney of Inspired HR Ltd, to bring you 3 Endorsed programmes with a further 1 in the pipeline.

Our Disciplinary and Grievance programmes offer businesses a comprehensive way of tackling the difficult area of discipline and grievance. The emphasis for each programme is to provide line managers and HR personnel with up to date knowledge and skills on issues of bullying, harassment and discrimination.
