Keystone™ Staff Development

Recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management, The Keystone™ Development Programme is a series of five, one-day modules designed to improve the confidence and competence of your support staff. Completion of the programme provides delegates with a certificate and one years studying membership of the ILM. The 5 modules are:

  2. Communicating and Prioritising
  3. Being an Effective Team Member
  4. Handling Difficult Situations
  5. Handling Change or Customer Focus (dependant on Business needs)

Each workshop is practically based, allowing individuals to experience work related situations through a variety of exercises to aid learning. There is input on basic subject theory and introductions to practical models, but these are intended to develop understanding. The main emphasis is geared towards self awareness leading to improvement.
